The healthcare staffing challenge

Beds close quietly. Teams burn out loudly. And the next nurse is not in the next town.

Every hospital, clinic and care provider knows the arithmetic: retirements outpace graduates, agency shifts cost more than a permanent colleague, and the people who could fill the gap live far away — without the language, the recognition or someone to meet them at the airport.

  • International recruitment fails on preparation, not on supply
  • Recognition procedures need a file that is right the first time
  • Retention is built in the first year, not in the interview

Why Auxilium Care

More than CV Sourcing.

Six responsibilities we carry for every professional we place — and the reason our placements are still working years later.

Employer needs analysis

Ward, shift model, team culture and the language level you actually need — a job profile we both sign before we source a single candidate.

Candidate screening and qualification evaluation

Degree, active licence, experience and character — verified, interviewed and evaluated against the recognition rules of your country.

Modern language learning

App-based modules plus live coach sessions and role-plays in the language of your country. Professional vocabulary from the start: rounds, handovers, medication and documentation.

Recognition procedures and visa coordination

Recognition file prepared and followed with the authority where it applies, visa, medicals and apostilles run from one office — with the embassy calendar planned in from day one.

Relocation

Flight, arrival, registration, bank account and the first week. Our integration coordinator meets every flight, and your ward manager has a phone number that answers.

Integration and retention

Onboarding with your team, a mentor through the recognition steps, and named support long after arrival. We measure who stays.

Healthcare professional categories

Who we recruit — and what they bring on day one.

Every category is verified against the same rules: qualification, licence, experience and character. The language level is decided with you.

  • Care-specific language modules

Physical therapists

Physiotherapy degree · licence · clinical experience

For rehabilitation clinics, hospitals and care groups: licensed physiotherapists with documented clinical experience and the vocabulary of your therapy team.

  • Recognition route clarified before sourcing

  • Safeguarding and first-aid basics

Partners we work with

Questions

What our partners ask first.

Is this CV sourcing?

No. Auxilium Care takes responsibility for the whole journey: employer needs analysis, candidate screening, professional qualification evaluation, recognition procedures where they apply, modern language learning, visa coordination, relocation and integration. You receive a colleague who is ready, not a file.

How do we plan the timeline?

Around your start date. We plan cohorts, not single hires: language preparation, documentation and the embassy calendar run in parallel, so your first professionals arrive while the next group is still in preparation. You receive a calendar with your first plan.

Which language level do the professionals arrive with?

The level your country and your organisation require. Modern language learning combines app-based modules with live coach sessions and role-plays, and ends with a certificate at the agreed level. Professional vocabulary — rounds, handovers, medication, documentation — is practised long before arrival.

How does qualification recognition work?

Where your country requires it, our documents team evaluates the qualification, prepares the recognition file and follows it with the authority. Professionals start in the role your rules allow, work with a mentor and complete the recognition steps with our support.

Is Auxilium Care licensed?

Yes. Auxilium is licensed by the Philippine government: Auxilium Care Asia Inc. holds a Department of Migrant Workers licence, DMW-040-LB-05292026-PL. Commercial terms for employers are part of an individual proposal.
