Process and planning
How do we plan the timeline?
Around your start date. Language preparation, documentation and the embassy calendar run in parallel, and we plan cohorts, so your first professionals arrive while the next group is still in preparation. You receive a calendar with your first plan.
How many candidates do we interview per position?
Three to five, by video, all verified and pre-screened in the Philippines against the job profile we signed with you. You are never sent a database.
When is the contract signed?
Before the first language session. Everyone in the programme knows the name of the hospital or care home they are going to; it is the single biggest reason people finish the preparation.
Can we visit the centre in Cebu?
Yes, and many employers do — for interviews, for a session, or to meet the cohort. Your Auxilium contact will organise it.
Qualifications and language
Which language level do the professionals arrive with?
The level your country and your organisation require. Modern language learning combines app-based modules, live coach sessions and role-plays, and ends with a certificate at the agreed level. Professional vocabulary — rounds, handovers, medication, documentation — is practised for months before arrival.
What do you verify before a candidate reaches us?
Degree, active licence, experience letters with the issuing employers, identity, and a structured interview with character assessment. Missing pieces are identified before sourcing, not at the authority.
How does qualification recognition work?
Where your country requires it, our documents team evaluates the qualification against your national rules, prepares the recognition file while the candidate is in preparation, submits it with the language certificate and follows it. Professionals start in the role your rules allow and complete the recognition steps with a mentor.
What if a candidate fails the language assessment?
They retake it. Coaches enter a candidate only when the mock marks say they are ready. It moves the calendar, not the placement — and you are told immediately.
Compliance and responsibility
Is Auxilium licensed?
Yes. Auxilium is licensed by the Philippine government: Auxilium Care Asia Inc. holds Department of Migrant Workers licence DMW-040-LB-05292026-PL. Auxilium Hospitality is the second division of the same company.
How are commercial terms handled?
As part of an individual proposal, discussed in the first conversation.
What do we receive during the programme?
A monthly progress report per candidate with language marks and document status, one named contact, and a call whenever something changes.
What happens if a professional leaves during probation?
We talk first — most early exits have a fixable cause. Where a placement does not work, the replacement arrangement is part of your agreement with us.
After arrival
Who meets the professional at the airport?
Our integration coordinator. Registration, bank account, insurance and the first week are done together, and your ward manager has the contact number before the first shift.
What does integration support look like?
A structured onboarding plan with your team, a mentor through the recognition steps, monthly check-ins with the professional and with you, and named support long after arrival.
Can families follow?
Yes, once the professional meets the residence, income and housing conditions of your country. Our coordinator supports the paperwork; in practice it is usually the second year.
